Flourless Chocolate Brownies (gluten free, keto)

- 1 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate bar
- 6 tbsp butter, ghee, or coconut oil
- 3/4 cup granulated allulose or 1/2 c monk fruit (monk fruit is sweeter than allulose)
- 3 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper. Grease it lightly and set aside
- In a double boiler on the stovetop, combine the chopped chocolate with coconut oil or butter and melt
- Once combined add sweetener of choice and whisk into the chocolate mixture. Add protein powder and cacao and then remove the bowl from the heat
- Add the eggs, mix well, until the batter is smooth
- Pour the brownie batter into the lined baking pan. Bake the brownies for 17-20 minutes
- Allow the brownies to cool, and then slice into 16 pieces and enjoy!
