Beth Bollinger of Nest Wellness
Make this keto caramel syrup with just three simple ingredients! I have created this delectable low-carb, keto caramel syrup using allulose, butter, and coconut cream. Use this syrup to elevate all of your low-carb desserts. Its luscious texture and indulgent flavor beautifully complement everything from coffee, pancakes, waffles, and baked apples to keto ice cream, making it a versatile addition to your recipe repertoire. Not only does it satisfy sweet cravings without guilt, but it also aligns perfectly with ketogenic dietary principles and will not spike your blood sugar! A drizzle can transform ordinary meals into extraordinary treats while keeping your carbohydrate intake and blood sugar in check. Embrace the sweetness of keto caramel syrup and explore endless culinary possibilities!
Imagine drizzling it over a fluffy cloud of whipped coconut cream or swirling it into your morning coffee for added flavor and sweetness without added sugar. You can use this caramel syrup as a dip for fresh strawberries, on a square of dark chocolate, mixed into yogurt, or as a topping for my keto ice cream, creating a satisfying treat that nourishes, delights, and supports your metabolic health. Its rich sweetness harmonizes beautifully with nuts and cheeses, offering a perfect balance of flavors for those following low-carb lifestyles. Enjoy this simple treat: keto caramel syrup adds flavor and sweetness without the sugar or the carbs.
