Dark Chocolate Brownies with Cacao and Tahini
Beth Bollinger of Nest WellnessThis decadent dark chocolate brownie recipe was developed for Levels Health. According to Levels: "cocoa powder delivers that rich chocolate kick, as well as minerals and antioxidants that may temper inflammation and improve glucose". I love a treat that is totally decadent but is loaded with health benefits like this one, doesn't spike my blood glucose and is healthy enough for breakfast! I hope you enjoy these brownies as much as we do.
