Ingredients
- 1 cup brazil nuts
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup walnuts
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup keto syrup this recipe works equally well with pure maple syrup but for a reliably stable glucose response, use keto syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until the mixture begins to form dough (you will still see bits of nuts- stop blending before it becomes nut butter!)
- Roll the dough into bite sized balls- about 1 inch
- Cookie dough bites can be kept in the refrigerator and enjoyed as energy bites or guilt- free nutritious treats!
