Salmon is a good protein source that pairs well with just about anything. Adding protein to your meals slows down the digestion process which in turn helps to maintain a stable blood sugar level.

Pro Tips

Here are a few things you can do to make sure your salmon bites work out well every time you make them:

  • I save the salmon skin and toss it in the marinade and air fry it along with the cubes. The skin may take longer to get nice and crispy but it is a great addition to a salad or to enjoy as a snack!
  • Try to cut the salmon pieces the same size so they all cook up at the same pace. If you don’t have a sharp enough knife to do this you can ask the staff at the fish counter at the grocery store to cut for you.
