Ingredients To Make Ice Pops

Mango Coconut Ice Pops

  • Mango – Fresh or frozen mango will work in this recipe. Any kind of mango is good as long as it’s ripe.
  • Yogurt – Use dairy or goat. I prefer full fat for the taste and texture but low fat will also work. You can also use vanilla for a sweeter ice pop.
  • Coconut milk – Canned coconut milk makes these ice pops nice and creamy.
  • Collagen – Collagen adds some protein and gut healing properties.

Lemon Ice Pops

  • Lemon juice – Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
  • Sparkling water – Choose lemon flavored for more flavor or plain will also work.
  • Maple syrup – A touch of maple syrup adds some sweetness. You can also use keto syrup.

Cherry Vanilla Cream Ice Pops

  • Cherries – Fresh or frozen cherries will both work. Make sure if you use fresh to pit them well.
  • Coconut milk – Use canned coconut milk for the best rich flavor.
  • Vanilla – Use real vanilla extract for the best flavor.
  • Collagen – Collagen adds some protein and gut healing properties.

Blackberry Ice Pops

  • Blackberries – Fresh or frozen blackberries are good.
  • Yogurt – Use full fat plain or vanilla flavored yogurt.
  • Coconut milk – Canned coconut milk makes these ice pops nice and creamy.
  • Collagen – I prefer bovine collage but marine collagen is also good.

Chocolate Protein Ice Pops

  • Coconut milk – Use full fat canned coconut milk for the best flavor and texture.
  • Yogurt – Dairy or goat yogurt are both good.
  • Chocolate protein powder – Protein adds some staying power which helps with blood sugar.
  • Cacao powder – Both cacao and cocoa will work.
  • Banana – Use a ripe banana for added sweetness.

Strawberry Lime Ice Pops

  • Strawberries  – Fresh or frozen will both work.
  • Chia or basil seeds
  • Lime juice – Use freshly squeezed lime juice for the best flavor.
  • Sparkling water – Plain or lime flavored will both work.

Orange Cream Ice Pops

Mojito Ice Pops

  • Lime juice – Freshly squeezed will have the best flavor.
  • Sparkling water
  • Maple syrup – Use real maple or keto syrup to sweeten the ice pops.
  • Mint leaves-Fresh mint adds the ‘mojito’ flavor.
  • Rum (optional)
