Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups full fat yogurt use greek, A2, goat, or non-dairy full fat yogurt
  • 1/3 cup allulose syrup allulose helps to make this low carb dessert super creamy!
  • 1/2 tsp ground vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice as needed. Use full fat dairy milk, coconut milk, or unsweetened nut milk.

Instructions
 

  • Line your 8x8 pan with plastic wrap, allowing the wrap to extend over the sides
  • In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, sweetener, ground vanilla, and almond extract. Spread the yogurt mixture into the lined pan and place sliced peaches throughout. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours
  • Pull up on the plastic wrap and remove the (now solid) yogurt from your pan. Cut it into 16 or more cubes
  • Pour the cubes into a food processor and process until finely chopped and creamy. At this point, your frozen yogurt should be creamy. If it appears dry, add milk of choice, 1 tablespoon at a time, until creamy.
  • Scoop the frozen yogurt into bowls and serve it immediately like soft serve, or store in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy!

Notes

It is possible to serve this frozen yogurt like soft serve using a frosting "gun" like this one. Totally not necessary, but it does make this frozen yogurt look like soft serve!
