Ingredients
- 1 ¼ tsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp hot filtered water
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or stevia, monkfruit sweetener or allulose
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk or nut milk or a combination of the two I like using a blend of ¾ C walnut and ¾ C cashew nut milk
Instructions
- Blend matcha powder and hot water using a whisk or a frother
- Heat the milk and froth and then stir into the matcha paste
- Add sweetener to your taste: 1-2 droppers of stevia, a tablespoon of monkfruit, allulose or maple syrup
- Serve piping hot and enjoy!
