- Squeeze lemon juice, puree lemon juice and strawberries in blender. In medium saucepan, combine 1 cup water and honey on medium high heat until honey has dissolved. Pour remaining 7 cups water into blender along with honey “syrup” you have just made. Taste and adjust to your liking, adding more honey or lemon juice as needed. Refrigerate until chilled or serve immediately over ice. Garnish with sliced strawberries, lemon slices, or mint.
