Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup No Oats with hard chocolate shell

Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp chia seeds or basil seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 cup plant based milk or full fat dairy of your choice
- 1 tbsp peanut butter natural peanut butter without added oils or sugar
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate I like Lindt 90%
Instructions
- Mix all 3 seeds along with your milk of choice. Stir to mix well and allow to set up- about 10 minutes.
- When your No Oats are firm, drizzle with natural peanut butter (no added oils or sugars)
- Pour melted dark chocolate on top (I used Lindt 90%)
- Pop in freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate shell hardens.
- Crack into this delightful treat and enjoy!
