The satisfying crack of this hard shell dark chocolate peanut butter cup No Oats will delight the kid in you. Reminds me of those ice creams dipped in a chocolate shell from when I was a kid. Enjoy this fun treat without the accompanying blood sugar spike and crash!

  • Mix all 3 seeds along with your milk of choice. Stir to mix well and allow to set up- about 10 minutes.
  • When your No Oats are firm, drizzle with natural peanut butter (no added oils or sugars)
  • Pour melted dark chocolate on top (I used Lindt 90%)
  • Pop in freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate shell hardens.
  • Crack into this delightful treat and enjoy!
