Herby Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
In a blender or food processor mix up:
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 2 TBS raw cashews 6-8 cashews
- 2 TBS dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup avocado or olive oil
- 5 tsp lemon juice
- 2 TBS chopped onion
- 1 cup mixed fresh herbs like basil mint, dill, parsely, terragon, cilantro or chives
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- This dressing will keep in a jar in the refrigerator for about a week (if it lasts that long!)
