Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise look for avocado oil mayo or make homemade mayo
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/8 cup allulose
- 1 pound broccoli florets, chopped small
- 1/8 cup raisins or chopped dates
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/8 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/8 cup red onion, small dice
Instructions
- Place mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, oil, and allulose in a large bowl. Beat with a whisk or a fork until the allulose has dissolved.
- Add broccoli, cashews, raisins or dates, bacon, and red onion. Fold in the ingredients until evenly coated with salad dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving so the flavors meld. Enjoy!
