Easy Keto Tortillas- grain free, low carb
Beth Bollinger of Nest WellnessThese easy keto tortillas that are both grain free and low carb and are as close as you will get to a "real" tortilla. We all love taco night but lettuce wraps, while a great sub for high carb tortillas, are just not the same as the "real thing". The taste and texture of these keto tortillas are similar to a good corn tortilla. Enjoy these tortillas as a taco, quesadilla or as a sandwich wrap. With just 3 net carbs and 8 grams of protein per tortilla, they are a healthy addition to taco night! As always, these keto tortillas are also blood sugar friendly, meaning they will not spike your blood sugar.
