  • ¼ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 2 heaping tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 heaping tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 heaping tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 2 teaspoons maca powder
  • optional 1 scoop collagen ( I add collagen if I haven't had my daily collagen in my morning green tea already)
  • 20 ounces filtered water
  • 2-3 droppers of pure stevia


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender
  • Blend well and then add ice ( a 20 ounce glass full of ice)
  • Blend until the consistency of a chocolate milkshake and enjoy! You won’t believe that this is healthy. My son and I share this milkshake almost every afternoon after school and he has no idea that it doesn’t contain ice cream! Shh, don’t tell...
