Ingredients
- ¼ cup cashews
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 2 heaping tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 heaping tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 heaping tablespoon ground flax seed
- 2 teaspoons maca powder
- optional 1 scoop collagen ( I add collagen if I haven't had my daily collagen in my morning green tea already)
- 20 ounces filtered water
- 2-3 droppers of pure stevia
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender
- Blend well and then add ice ( a 20 ounce glass full of ice)
- Blend until the consistency of a chocolate milkshake and enjoy! You won’t believe that this is healthy. My son and I share this milkshake almost every afternoon after school and he has no idea that it doesn’t contain ice cream! Shh, don’t tell...
