- 1 cup avocado oil or olive oil mayonnaise
- 2 tsp capers finely chopped
- 2 gherkins pickles, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, capers, pickles, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Refrigerate before serving.
