Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Store in a mason jar in the fridge
When ready to use: shake well and pour over cold brew coffee, mushroom coffee, hot coffee, black tea or use in your No Oats!

Pro tip: If you make this creamer with coconut milk, the fat in the coconut milk will clump when cold. This just means that warming the creamer before using may be required!
