2tbspmilk of choiceas needed to assist in the blending process. Use full fat dairy milk, coconut milk, or unsweetened nut milk
Instructions
Line your 8x8 pan with plastic wrap, allowing the wrap to extend over the sides
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, sweetener, ground vanilla, and almond extract. Spread the yogurt mixture into the lined pan and place pitted cherries throughout. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours
Pull up on the plastic wrap and remove the (now solid) yogurt from your pan. Cut it into 16 or more cubes
Pour the cubes into a food processor and process until finely chopped and creamy. At this point, your frozen yogurt should be creamy. If it appears dry, add milk of choice, 1 tablespoon at a time, until creamy.
Scoop the frozen yogurt into bowls and serve it immediately like soft serve, or store in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy!
