Blender Detox Soup Recipe

My husband and I do a functional medicine detox every three months for optimal health and to rid our bodies of accumulated toxins. This delicious blender soup is the perfect lunch during our weeklong detox. This recipe was shared with me for my detox groups by my naturopath and adapted from a soup he enjoyed at Mind Body Restoration retreats. Whether you are doing a detox or not, this delicious soup is an easy and micronutrient rich meal anytime. Enjoy this soup with a source of protein such as grilled chicken or fish, slices of goat cheese or cottage cheese, or nuts.
