I love a matcha latte and it is so easy to make one at home that is low carb and refined sugar free. The health benefits of matcha are many, including its high antioxidant content. Look for a high quality match powder like this

tsp
matcha powder
2
tbsp
hot filtered water
1
tbsp
maple syrup
or stevia, monkfruit sweetener or allulose
1 ½
cups
coconut milk or nut milk or a combination of the two
I like using a blend of ¾ C
walnut
and ¾ C
cashew nut milk
Instructions
Blend matcha powder and hot water using a whisk or a frother
Heat the milk and froth and then stir into the matcha paste
Add sweetener to your taste: 1-2 droppers of stevia, a tablespoon of monkfruit, allulose or maple syrup
Serve piping hot and enjoy!
