Dairy-free Chocolate Milk

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup unsalted raw cashews
  • 2 dates
  • 2 TBS cacao powder
  • 2 cups filtered water

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender. Puree on high until well combined.
  • Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. If in the refrigerator, shake or stir before use.

Notes

Tips: Warm the blended chocolate mixture to make a decadent hot cocoa, add coffee to make a mocha, or 1 cup ice, in place of half the water, to create a frozen chocolate drink.
