Add almond flour, lupin flour, arrowroot, sea salt, baking soda, and baking powder to a medium size mixing bowl and mix well.
To the flour mixture, add butter, eggs, and milk. Mix well using a fork or spatula.
Fold the cheese, cooked crumbled sausage, and cooked and chopped broccoli to the dough.
Divide the dough into 6 muffin compartments or roll and shape by hand and bake on a cookie sheet (either method will work!)
