cashew milk or other non-dairy milk

pumpkin puree
1
teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice (make mix)
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla
3
teaspoons
sweetener of choice- allulose syrup, monkfruit syrup, maple syrup, honey or stevia
scoop of vanilla protein powder
or collagen powder
Pumpkin Pie Spice
1
tbsp
ground cinnamon
1
tsp
ground nutmeg
1
tsp
ground ginger
¾
tsp
allspice
Instructions
In a small sauce pan, warm the cashew milk.
Whisk in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice vanilla, sea salt and syrup until combined. Add vanilla protein powder or collagen now.
While the milk mixture is heating, make your espresso.
Using a frother, whip the frothed milk and pumpkin mixture and pour over the espresso.
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Mix all the spices together and store in a jar.
