A cozy warming pumpkin spice latte that is dairy free and refined sugar free.

  • In a small sauce pan, warm the cashew milk.
  • Whisk in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice vanilla, sea salt and syrup until combined. Add vanilla protein powder or collagen now.
  • While the milk mixture is heating, make your espresso.
  • Using a frother, whip the frothed milk and pumpkin mixture and pour over the espresso. 

Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • Mix all the spices together and store in a jar.
