Paleo Banana Bread

Banana bread can be a healthy breakfast treat when it is made without any added sugar. Our paleo banana bread is sweetened only with bananas, and is grain free and dairy free. Enjoy slathered in grass fed butter while it is still warm, straight out of the oven like we do!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil or use muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Place bananas, eggs, vanilla, coconut milk and chia seeds in food processor. Pulse ingredients together until smooth. You can also mix by hand in a medium sized bowl.
  • Add almond flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, coconut flour, and flax and pulse (or stir) to combine.
  • For muffins: bake for 20-24 minutes
  • For loaf: bake for 55-65 minutes
  • Remove from oven, and allow to cool
