The Best Low Carb Banana Bread Recipe- nut free and gluten free

I love a challenge so when someone reached out to me to request a low carb, sugar free, nut free, gluten free banana bread of course I said yes! This banana bread is super moist and delicious, and comes together with just a few simple ingredients. Makes one loaf.
Grease a loaf pan with ghee or coconut oil and line with parchment paper
Mix the wet ingredients
With the back of a fork or a potato masher, smash the ripe bananas- be sure to leave some "chunks" as this contributes to the moistness of the finished loaf
Stir in eggs, tahini, and vanilla and mix well
Mix the dry ingredients
Mix all of your dry ingredients together in a separate bowl
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
Get ready to bake!
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spread evenly with the back of a spoon or a spatula.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Enjoy warm with grass fed butter!Store any remaining banana bread wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.
