Matcha whey protein balls are another tasty way to get more protein into your day! Ingredients
 

for the protein balls

  • 6 tbsp goat whey use code BETH to save 10% on your order
  • 1-2 tbsp matcha powder if you are a matcha lover like me, use 2 tbsp!
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup nut or seed butter without added oils or sugars
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tsp coconut oil melted

for rolling the finished balls

  • 1/4 cup raw pistachios chopped fine

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of a food processor, add whey, matcha, almond flour, cashews, nut or seed butter, honey and coconut oil
  • Blend well until a smooth paste forms and the dough resembles play-doh!
  • With your palms, roll about a tablespoon of matcha dough into a ball, repeat. You will have about 10 protein balls.
  • Roll each protein balls in finely chopped raw pistachios.
  • Enjoy! These protein balls will keep in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.
