Combine ground meat, egg, finely chopped spinach, seasoning, and cheese together in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Using an ice cream scoop, make meat “balls” and line them up on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Smash the balls flat with the bottom of a glass, your hands or the back of a spoon.
