Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup goat kefir
  • 1/2 cup filtered water (more as needed if your smoothie is too thick)
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 4 soft medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 heaping tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • a couple pinches of salt
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and mix all together
    Garnish idea: tahini drizzle, cacao nibs and a sprinkle of course sea salt
