1 cup goat kefir 1/2 cup filtered water (more as needed if your smoothie is too thick) 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice 4 soft medjool dates, pitted 2 tbsp tahini 1 heaping tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tsp vanilla extract a couple pinches of salt 2 cups crushed ice
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix all together
Garnish idea: tahini drizzle, cacao nibs and a sprinkle of course sea salt
