If I had known how easy it was to make mayo in the food processor, I would have stopped buying the store bought mayo years ago! Most store bought mayo contains toxic oils that you want to avoid such as canola and soybean and the mysterious “vegetable” oil. These are lab-made oils and are not health foods. If you do buy store bought mayo, look for those made with only avocado oil or olive oil.This mayo uses healthy oils and it is simple to make, I promise!
