If you love Bitchin Sauce, you are going to be so happy to have this version made healthier! No refined oils, gluten free and yeast-free, this bitchin sauce dip is easy to make with a few simple ingredients. It will be a crowd pleaser at your next gathering! This recipe is gluten free, yeast-free and free of refined oils. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
In the bowl of a food processor or blender, add soaked and rinsed almonds
Next add oil, lemon juice, water, apple cider vinegar, tamari and garlic cloves and pulse until a paste begins to form
Add the spices next: sea salt, cumin, smoked paprika, chipotle, onion powder, black pepper and cayenne
Allow the food processor to run for several minutes until well combined and smooth
Serve immediately with cucumber slices. As a festive touch, sprinkle your bowl of dip and your cucumber slices with smoked paprika!
Homemade Bitchin Sauce will keep well in a jar or other small container in the refrigerator for a week

This dip also makes a wonderful marinade for chicken! Thin the dip with a little water and pour over chicken thighs or breasts. Coat completely and bake in a 375 degree oven until brown on top and cooked through.This dip is wonderful paired with my chia seed crackers!
