Homemade Flax Milk

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup flax seeds
- 3 cups filtered water
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- In a vitamix or other powerful blender, add flax seeds and water.
- Blend for several minutes until flax seeds are completely broken down.
- Add vanilla and blend again until mixed.
- Using a fine mesh nut bag, pour the flax milk from the blender though the bag and into a large measuring cup. Squeeze tightly until all of the “milk” is now in the measuring cup.
- Store in a jar in the refrigerator until ready for use. Will keep for 5-7 days.
- Enjoy on homemade grain free granola, No Oats, or in your morning coffee!
