Homemade Flax Milk
Beth Bollinger of Nest WellnessI created this simple homemade flax milk recipe for Levels Health. So many store bought alternative milks have added sugar, oil and gums that really are not necessary. Making non-dairy, healthy milk at home with real food ingredients should be simple and delicious. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
