Matcha Latte

VEGAN, DAIRY-FREE, PALEO

Ingredients:

1 ¼ teaspoon matcha powder

1 TBS maple syrup

1 TBS hot water

1 ½ cups coconut milk or nut milk or a combination of the two (I like using a blend of ¾ C walnut and ¾ C cashew nut milk)

Instructions:

This is a great afternoon pick-me-up or a morning treat.

Blend matcha powder, maple syrup, and hot water using a whisk or a blender.

Heat the milk and stir into matcha mixture and serve piping hot.
