Hamburger Buns

2½ cups almond flour

¼ cup arrowroot

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

3 TBS coconut oil, ghee, or butter

1 Tbsp honey

¼ cup greek yogurt (full fat)

2 large eggs

2 Tbsp melted butter (to brush on top)


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine almond flour, arrowroot, baking soda, baking powder, salt, coconut oil, honey, yogurt, and eggs in a food processor. Pulse together until well incorporated.

Form “buns” on a parchment paper lined baking sheet tray, and brush with the melted butter.

Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Allow to cool completely, then slice in half to form hamburger buns.
