1 TBS olive oil
2 cups mixed raw nuts
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon curry powder
Place olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Add all of the spices to the skillet and mix together.
Mix the nuts into the spice mixture and toast the nuts until they become fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow the nuts to cool in the pan.
Serve, and enjoy!
