2½ cups almond flour
⅓ cup flax meal
⅔ cup dried cherries
3 tablespoon water
⅓ cup cashew meal
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until well combined.
Press mixture into a lined baking tray, making sure to spread it evenly.
Once the bars are set, cut them into 3x1 inch rectangles.
Serve and enjoy, or wrap individually and save for an on the go snack later.
