We have read hundreds of studies and books and researched longevity and wellness. With this knowledge, we have created a simplified list of 10 habits that will increase wellness and anti-aging.
When you focus on trying to get 6-9 cups of brightly colored fruits and vegetables every day, it helps to begin with breakfast. A morning smoothie is easy to digest and can be packed with 1-2 cups of veggies and 1-2 cups of berries. A salad for lunch and a dinner of cooked vegetables, and a bit of protein. When you do consume meat, fish, and eggs, make sure they are organic, grass fed, and wild whenever possible.
